Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Onvera ("the Service"), operated by Kalythe Growth Studio.

Free trial

New agencies receive a 30-day free trial of the Starter plan, with no payment card required. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service fully before any payment is taken.

Subscriptions and renewal

After the trial, paid plans (Starter, Studio and Scale) are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) and renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing kalythegrowthstudio@gmail.com. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
  • You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • After that period, paid access pauses. Your data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy, so you can resume by subscribing again.

Refunds

Because a 30-day free trial is provided before any charge is made, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund the current period.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate or incorrect charge), contact us within 7 days at kalythegrowthstudio@gmail.com. We will review the charge and, where a genuine error has occurred, issue a correction or refund of the erroneous amount. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Billing and any approved refunds may be routed through Dodo Payments, and your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' own terms.
